The running community here in the Philippines is so active nowadays. Almost every week road races are being held at different places and the runners turnout are just so overwhelming.
As I am one with these runners, I see different people from different walks of life. I see the executive, which I only see on TV during an Alaska game. I see the Happy actor, who just organized The Happy Run. I see my office mates. I see 60++ year old men and women running. I even see a runner who runs on his bare feet.
Err.. so what about the Running Syndicate?!
Actually, I wanted to talk about those runner-bloggers who tell their running adventures with all wisdom and cleverness.
As I lurk around the cyberspace to look for inspiration (and perspiration) about running, I notice an active community of runners in the Internet:
- There’s the takbo.ph forum.
- The Bull Runner
- Bald Runner
- Jonel aka Bugobugo85
- Bards’ BananaRunning
- Nats’ i2runner. Me too, wants to improve my running.
- And the list goes on…
With all these blogs, I manage to read their amazing stories through Google Reader.
Oh! I talk too much. See how RSS (Really Simple Syndication) works in plain English:
